The farm shop
Our farm shop is open all year round and is stocked with what is grown and bred on the farm; additionally we have plenty of selected delicacies and goodies from other prominent producers from different corners of Sweden.
The seasons rule the shop
Freshly harvested green asparagus, sun-warm tomatoes, sweet strawberries, crispy apples and rich root vegetables – they all have their own season. We follow the growing seasons and offer the Swedish vegetables and fruits that are best according to the season. We think it is good to long for things and to not find the same range of vegetables and fruits all year round. The first freshly harvested produces in spring are much tastier than those sent from the other side of the earth in the middle of the dark winter, right?
In the shop we sell our own potatoes and root vegetables and of course, our delicious crisps. We also have fresh and frozen beef from our own farm. In addition to our own products, we also carefully select delicacies and goodies from good producers around Sweden. From Europe we also pick up things to the shop that we cannot produce in Sweden, such as citrus, olive oils and the occasional Parmesan cheese.
